What counts as an event?
Each incoming webhook POST request counts as one event, regardless of payload size or number of delivery attempts. Retries do not count as additional events.
What happens when I reach my limit?
New webhook requests will be rejected with a 429 status code. You'll receive an email warning before you hit the limit. Upgrade your plan to continue processing webhooks.
How does the retry schedule work?
If a delivery fails (non-2xx response or connection error), we retry automatically: after 30 seconds, then 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours, and finally 24 hours. After 5 failed attempts the event is marked as permanently failed, but you can manually retry it from the dashboard at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, cancel anytime from your billing dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then you'll be moved to the Free tier.
